Centered on co-design and driven by the demands of extreme operating conditions, the two parties have co-developed and fully validated an integrated end-to-end solution for extreme industrial environments, including high temperatures, high pressures, and highly corrosive settings. In the precision manufacturing of the ball-the core component of the valve-TongBall Valve adheres to stringent in-house control standards that far exceed prevailing industry norms. We hold the ball's sphericity tolerance to ≤ 0.010mm, maintain tungsten carbide coating thickness tolerance within the industry gold standard of ≤ 0.025mm, and achieve sub-micron level fit precision between the ball and valve seat. These core technical metrics comprehensively outperform common international standards, laying the critical technical foundation for the zero-leakage performance of the complete valve assembly in harsh operating environments.
Our custom-developed hard-seated balls have successfully passed a comprehensive suite of rigorous tests simulating real-world operating conditions, including high-temperature cycling, wear resistance, and high-pressure sealing, delivering full, multi-dimensional validation of their exceptional long-term reliability.
