Raw Material Verification & Thermal Processing
All raw materials (duplex steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium alloys, ceramics) undergo strict spectral, hardness and metallographic inspection. Certified materials then receive computer-controlled vacuum/atmosphere heat treatment to optimize hardness, toughness and stress resistance for ultrahigh pressure, high temperature and corrosion applications.

CNC Precision Machining
After heat treatment, valve balls are machined on 50+ multiaxis CNC centers in climatecontrolled environments, achieving IT3grade diameter tolerances and basic geometric accuracy for spheres from 1″ to 36″.

Spherical Superfinishing
Using 20+ dedicated spherical grinders and proprietary lapping, we achieve a surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.2 µm, sphericity ≤ 0.0003 mm, and roundness ≤ 0.001 mm-precision metrics that form the foundation for zeroleakage performance in highpressure and criticalservice valves.

Advanced Surface Engineering
HVOF/APS thermal spray applies tungsten carbide, Cr₂O₃, ceramics and alloys to combat wear, corrosion and high temperatures, delivering adhesion >70 MPa, porosity <1%, surface finish Ra 0.1–0.4 µm, and 3–5X longer service life-qualified through 1.5 million cycle wearfree testing.

Inspection overrides production. Our independent, certified metrology lab-equipped with CMMs, high-precision roundness testers, spectral analyzers and coating thickness gauges-ensures every batch of valve spheres undergoes 100% full inspection, generating hundreds of verifiable data points with 10year traceability.
